Huge Holiday Savings on Prograde Nutrition!

“He gives food to every living thing. His faithful love endures forever.” – Psalm 136:25

I can’t believe they’re doing this – seriously!

As you know, I’m a proud Prograde Nutrition partner, so when something like this comes across my desk, well, I share it with you immediately.

Prograde is having a heck of a Holiday Blow Out Sale. It’s pretty obvious they don’t want you “shutting it down” the last couple weeks of December and throwing off your nutrition (and training).

Believe it or not they are putting all of their awesome products on sale this week for 15% off! I don’t think they have ever done this before (usually it’s rare that you even get 10% off), and they probably won’t do it again for a long time. Their products are so good and the company is growing so fast that they just don’t have to discount their products.

So my recommendation to you is to get on over to Prograde Nutrition right NOW and stock up! I highly recommend Lean, Protein Powder, EFA Icon and Longevity along with their new children’s multi-vitamin.

This deal expires this Friday, December 11th at 11:59pm EST. But don’t wait until later to order. You might get busy or you might forget. Trust me you WILL regret missing out on this if you do.

Dedicated to your health and fitness,

Nate

Can Pancakes be a Healthy Choice for Breakfast?

“The ear tests the words it hears just as the mouth distinguishes between foods.” Job 12:11

Has your mother ever told you that breakfast is the most important meal of the day? I know my mom has said the same thing to me. And guess what? She was right!

After fasting all night, your body needs replenishment to help prevent the breakdown of muscle tissue and to get your metabolism revved up. That’s what the word breakfast means – “to break the fast.”

Unfortunately, many people make poor choices for breakfast such as cereal, Pop Tarts, breakfast bars, waffles, pancakes, fast food or a bagel with cream cheese. The problem with those choices is that they are high in sugar, low in protein and send your insulin levels into the stratosphere (contributing to fat storage). The best choice for breakfast is something high in protein (think eggs) and full of nutrients.

Although I eat three eggs nearly every day (and yes, it’s perfectly okay to eat eggs every day – but that’s another blog post), sometimes you need a change or crave something different – like pancakes. However, pancakes are typically loaded with sugar and made with white flour – a big “no no!”

As a proud Prograde Nutrition partner, I’ve got a gift for you from me and my buddies over at Prograde Nutrition. It’s a delicious Protein Pancakes recipe.

Thanks to the protein in the recipe your blood sugar won’t go crazy like it can just by eating a huge stack of pancakes with sugary syrup.

This recipe will fill you up, nourish your body and give your metabolism just the boost it needs to get your day started right and give you a break from eating eggs all the time.

Be sure to use a small amount of real, all-natural maple syrup or a sugar-free version. Or, top your pancakes with fruit and skip the syrup.

You can get the Protein Pancakes recipe by Clicking Here. Let me know how you like it.

PS – Seriously, try this nutritious breakfast and your body will thank your for it.
