Welcome to Underground Fitness Revolution! I hope you’ve had a chance to learn more about us and have read through some of our previous blog posts covering many health and fitness topics.
As you may know, we take highly dedicated, hard-working individuals (moms, dads, busy professionals) and high school athletes and make them lean, explosive, brutally strong and mentally and physically tough.
Although our training is not for everyone, the benefits our members get at Underground Fitness Revolution is incredible! They become stronger and less susceptible to injuries. They become more flexible. They become extremely well conditioned, and they become more athletic.
Below is a video of some of our members training earlier this week. You can see that the exercises we perform are simple but not easy.
We teach our members how to perform exercises that are easy to learn and have huge benefits when performed as part of a properly designed training program and with the right intensity.
In addition to exercises like Bulgarian split squats and neutral grip pushups, we also push our members to develop their conditioning and cardiovascular system with exercises such as sled drags, battling ropes, bodyweight circuits, complexes and the Prowler (see video below).
As you can see, the things we do are simple but not easy. No matter your age or present physical condition, you will benefit from our programs. Stop wasting your time and start getting results.
